CM's Department

I have to admit that I love my current job. So much, indeed. I am very thankful to be attached with HRM Unit of Chief Minister’s Department. How I wish that my post is a permanent one. InshaAllah, AMIN!
I love my job not because of the salary I earned monthly (obviously this is not the reason) but that is where I have learnt so many things, gain so much job-experiences as well as grow & develop as an individual. Despite of being (very much) underpaid, serve as an employee with Chief Minister’s Department is where I get my job satisfaction as compared to previous organizations I’ve worked with. The superiors and co-workers are helpful and cooperative (though some of them can be considered as ‘toxic friends’ and pretending to be helpful).
Tremendous opportunities given and I appreciate each and every opportunities. My main job scopes are those related to Human Resource Management Unit (HRM)’s accounts. To name a few - processing the payment of bills/invoices, processing services orders, processing of the ministers’ medical bills, payment of contract benefits. Apart from that, I am grateful to be given the chances to get involved with state-level functions/events. Being part of the committee of those functions/events, I learnt so many new things especially in event management. I have also gradually improved my communication/PR skills ever since I started work with Chief Minister’s Department, as we deal with very wide range of people (with wide range of attitude) daily.
Sometimes I do get stress at work especially when I’m bombarded with tonnes of workload but they are still bearable. Simply because of the environment (bosses & colleagues) are always very thoughtful and supportive. That is one of the values that I treasure the most in my workplace!

Red Mary-Jane

I noticed that my 2 ½ years old daughter has the same interest as her mom! She is so into s.h.o.e.s. Her favourite area to-go-to in the mall is the shoes department. She even whispered to her grand-dad once, “Nek Ji, kita tengok shoes juh” How ngegeh is that, huh.

For a growing toddler like Qayrina, it is very important for me to choose the right size & make sure her shoes are comfy enough for her to walk in. An incident happened last weekend, she wasn’t comfortable walking in her red Mary-Jane shoes. We found out the shoes is a size smaller. Not that we bought the wrong size for her. Just that she can’t fit in that Mary-Jane anymore.

Just so you know, this vain lady who is now writing this entry tend to obsess over certain thing. The obvious, yes, SHOES (sky-high heels to be exact).  If I were given a chance to start a business, I would definitely choose to start with my own shoe line. And of course would consist of those 6-inch stilettos with distinctive designs! Ohh..how fab is that! How I wish! *verangan mode is on*
Personally, a good pair of high-heels can always make me feel good. Believe it or not, those super-high-heels are also my confident booster a.k.a ‘secret weapons' (Ohhh...not-so-secret anymore).

First Entry

After months (about 6 months) hibernating without posting any new blog entry, today...here I am, blogging from my new blog space! Some might asked, what happened to my previous blog? I was about to login my blog and it took hours, simply because I forgot my password! Clever, kannnn!
Thus, that’s how I started with this new blog and only be posting entries here instead of the previous one.
..and...i’ll try my very best to blog at least once a fortnight. It really depends on my mood, time & courage to write.
So, people! Welcome to my new blog!
